SFOP – CHRISTMAS 2023

The Festive Season is fast approaching! With family being such a huge part of our lives, the team at SFOP will be taking a small break to rest and spend time with family.

There will be no group fitness from the 23rd December, and will resume on Monday 8th January with Sasha’s Circuit Breaker class. Our staffed hours during the festive season:

Thursday 21st Dec: 3 – 5pm

Friday 22nd: 3 – 6pm

Saturday 23rd, Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th: Not Staffed

Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th: 3pm – 7pm

Friday 29th: 3 – 6pm

Saturday 30th: Not staffed

Monday 1st Jan: Not staffed

Tuesday 2nd: Normal hours resume.
